Eggnog Bread

eggs1 cup sugar1 cup dairy eggnog1/2 cup butter, melted1/4 tsp. nutmeg2 tsp. rum extract1 tsp. vanilla2 1/4 cup flour2 tsp baking powder Preheat oven to 350 degrees.Grease bottom of bread pan.Beat eggs, add sugar, eggnog, butter, rum and vanilla.Blend well, add flour, baking powder and nutmeg.Stir until just moistened. Pour into greased pan.Bake at 350 degrees for 45-50 minutes or until toothpick comes out cleanCool 10 minutes. Remove from pan. Cool bread completely before slicing.

Method: Take the milkmaid in a micro safe vessel and heat it for 2 minutes.Add the butter and microwave it for 1 min.Now add the milk powder till it becomes thick and microwave it for three minutes.Cool it well and then you shape it into a ball slightly flattened in the middle and you can just press pista cashew or raisin for decoration.
